What we use

Symbolon: The Catholic Faith Explained

Our sessions follow Symbolon. Its name comes from the ancient Greek word for the Creed, meaning “brought together.”

  1. IPart 1: What we believe, following the Creed.
  2. IIPart 2: How we live it, through the sacraments, morality, prayer and everyday life.

Each week pairs a short, beautifully filmed video by trusted Catholic teachers with reflection time and an in-person group discussion.
