We're celebrating Epiphany!
What: a potluck party
When: January 11 at 1:30 pm
Where: in the school gym
Parish Potluck: Bring Something!
We'll need your help to make our potluck a success. There's a whole list of things you can bring: salads, meats, pastries, desserts, drink cans, water bottles, buns, etc. You're encouraged to get creative!
Helpful Tip: label serving dishes and utensils with tape/marker so we can return them to the correct owner!
Free Bingo Game
Did you know that St. Ann's once had a bingo club? While the club has been defunct for many years, we still have the old bingo machine in storage, balls and all! We're excited to dust off the bingo cards and giveaway some fun prizes for all ages. This will be a free game, open to all. If you have any small gifts you would like to give away, consider donating them as prizes!

We need your help to make the Epiphany party a success. There are a number of volunteer roles that we need filled! Consider signing up for any of them in the narthex or online on flocknote.

after the 8 AM Mass
We need help moving tables from the rectory garage to the school gym, as well as setting out chairs and putting up decorations.
If you're going to the 8 AM Mass, consider swinging by the school gym and moving a table or some chairs for us. Every little bit of effort helps!

DURING PARTY
First shift: 1:30 - 2:45 pm
Second shift: 2:45 - 4:00 pm
We need volunteers to help put out food, remove empty trays, and keep the food tables clean.
We've broken this role up into two shifts to allow everyone time to enjoy the party.
